Augmentin 625 mg

Augmentin 625MG is a combination medicine containing 500mg of Amoxycillin and 125mg of Clavulanic Acid. This film-coated tablet is used to treat many different types of infections such as respiratory tract infections, middle ear infections, skin and soft tissue infections, sinus infections (sinusitis), bonus and joint infections, pneumonia, urinary tract infections, and bronchitis. Amoxycillin is a penicillin antibiotic that interferes the formation of a bacterial cell wall, while Clavulanic Acid is a β-lactam drug that improves the activity of Amoxycillin against bacteria by increasing its effectiveness.
